As part of its growth, Elements is looking for talent to help territories implement their energy transition. Elements would like to strengthen its operations team by integrating a junior project manager.
Role

As part of developing a pipeline of utilty scale renewable source plant projects, the resource will d i:

  • Screen the selected land by checking for any constraints that may prevent RES projects from being approved by the relevant bodies,
  • Carry out the site surveys on the land selected by the board for a preliminary analysis of the sites also from an agrovoltaic perspective,
  • Participate in the negotiation of preliminary contracts for land surface rights,
  • Preparation, in collaboration with other corporate functions and external technical collaborators, of the technical documentation required for the initiation of the authorization processes each time provided,
  • Manage relationships with technical and business consultants for the preliminary stages of analysis,
  • Verify deadlines, timelines and advances in technical documentation required to initiate permitting processes,
  • Perform analysis of documentation provided during any due diligence for the acquisition of non-greenfield initiatives in M&A processes,
  • Support other business units in RES business analysis and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent qualification. Candidates who, in the absence of the above degrees, have at least 2 years of experience in the energy sector and RES permitting processes will also be considered,
  • Knowledge of energy markets and industry regulations,
  • Mastery of the use of Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Office 365), QGIS and geoportals,
  • Good knowledge of the English language,
  • Strong propensity for sharing and teamwork,
  • Aptitude for innovation and strong achievement motivation,
  • Willingness to travel (short) trips.
