- Continue to grow in Italy, France and the rest of the world by developing our engineering know-how for all projects.
- Increase international presence by establishing new development offices in different geographical areas.
- Increasing our skills in managing energy fed into the grid, also promoting self-consumption with the help of storage systems.
02. LOCATIONS AND BRANCHES.
Elements' main office is located in the center of Montpellier (FR), where there are about fifty employees. From the beginning we decided to locate the offices near train stations so as to facilitate travel by train or otherwise by public transportation.
Elements has purchased a building in downtown Montpellier; the new location will provide a suitable working environment for its employees.
In Italy Elements is based in Turin, Italy, in a historic building in the center of the Piedmontese capital. The offices are easily accessible by public transportation.
Elements also has offices in Paris and Lyon. The different teams are used to working and collaborating on projects even remotely.
03. EXTRA-PROFESSIONAL AND AFTER WORK
Working at Elements also means becoming part of a family where extra-professional activities are a key component in the life of the company: breakfasts, meals, sports and after-work relaxation time allow us to combine work, good humor and team cohesion
