Eléments Italia s.r.l. is part of the international Elements s.a.s., Group that develops renewable energy projects in France and other European and non-European countries. We provide renewable electricity useful for reducing CO2 emissions.
OUR COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT
The protection of our planet and the rational use of its resources are rooted in us for the common good. Protecting the biodiversity present in the areas where we develop our initiatives is part of our vision.
Our commitment to the environment drives us to adopt virtuous behavior that promotes the integration of biodiversity with renewable electricity generation.
For each of our projects, we monitor the beneficial effects of installing renewable energy systems such as: associated water savings, restoration of areas to be reclaimed or arid, microclimate, and climate change adaptation.
KEY FIGURES.
The Elements group has about 80 employees distributed in Italy, France, Finland, and the Caribbean islands and reported a turnover of 8 mln euros in 2021.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Elements management consists of a team of professionals who work every day in full compliance with the Group's mission and values. Eléments' decision-making autonomy is ensured by its shareholder distribution. The Company's shares are distributed among shareholders and employees who in this way actively participate in Elements' strategic decisions.
Eléments' most important resource is its employees. Their enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment are put at the service of our project to decarbonize the company. Cooperation and sharing are the cornerstones of our working method.

THE SHAREHOLDERS OF ELEMENTS
The two founders and employees of Eléments hold the majority of the company's shares, and they decided to partner with Noria, a family-based investment entity that shares the company's values in projects with a strong ecological footprint.
Noria, a long-term investor, puts his financial skills and expertise at the service of the company.
Eléments is a member of several trade associations whose purpose is the promotion of renewable energy.
