As part of its growth, Elements is looking for talent to contribute to the now-needed energy transition. Elements would like to strengthen its operations team by integrating a Premitting Manager.

Role

As part of developing a pipeline of utilty scale renewable source plant projects, the resource will be responsible for :

  • Prepare preliminary sizing and layout of Wind and PV plants;
  • Prepare manufacturability studies of Wind and PV plants,
  • Completely independently make connection requests (TICA) complete with all attachments and technical tables,
  • Draft, and in collaboration with external technical consultants, analyze preliminary designs of RES plants in the company's pipeline,
  • Prepare cost quotation requests from technology suppliers (e.g., panels, inverters, structures, turbines, etc.) including operating costs once in operation,
  • Actively participate in negotiating the engagement of external technical consultants useful for final and executive design,
  • Perform analysis of documentation provided during any due diligence for the acquisition of non-greenfield initiatives in M&A processes,
  • Support other business units in RES business analysis and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering or equivalent qualification. Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in RES and grid connection will also be considered in the absence of the above degrees,
  • Qualification to sign projects from the Order of Engineers,
  • Knowledge of CEI, UNI, EN and generally normative technical standards applied to the design and connection of RES plants,
  • Mastery of the use of Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, MS Office 365) and software for PV plant sizing,
  • Good knowledge of the English language,
  • Strong propensity for sharing and teamwork,
  • Aptitude for innovation and strong achievement motivation,
  • Willingness to travel (short) trips.
